CSV structure and encoding signals; Shopify handle/title/price/fulfillment issues; duplicate variant combinations; missing GTIN/MPN/brand signals; invalid URLs; and upcoming Google Merchant Center image-resolution readiness when dimensions are encoded in an image URL or explicit width/height columns are present. A browser-only CSV audit cannot fetch every remote image safely, so unknown image dimensions are reported as unknown rather than guessed.
Google announced that product images below 500×500 will be subject to the updated minimum beginning January 31, 2027, with warnings beginning April 14, 2026. Always verify final diagnostics in Merchant Center and Shopify before making catalog changes.
