The current tools are designed to perform their core calculations or feed processing in your browser. Practical Automation Lab does not intentionally require you to create an account or submit calculator inputs or product-feed contents to use these tools.
The Product Feed Preflight Auditor, Google Merchant API Migration Preflight, HubSpot API Migration Preflight, EUDR DDS V3 Technical Preflight, EU Battery Passport Readiness Preflight, and Shopify beta-interest surfaces send only privacy-safe activation event names to a Practical Automation Lab event collector. These events indicate actions such as a preflight or audit starting/completing, a local report download, a commercial-interest click, Shopify beta interest, or a checkout attempt becoming available, unavailable, or redirected to an approved payment provider. The collector stores only the event name, whether the record is a synthetic measurement test, and the server timestamp. It does not receive or store CSV contents, source code, pasted code/config contents, EUDR DDS payloads, supplier or producer geolocation data, battery passport records, battery serials, manufacturer data, filenames, repository identifiers, product identifiers, row values, audit findings, HubSpot CRM data, portal IDs, Google Merchant IDs, Google Cloud project IDs, Shopify store credentials, tokens, or other merchant/integration data.
If you voluntarily submit the commercial-request form, Practical Automation Lab stores the business email address you provide, optional company name, selected product and commercial need, optional message, consent record, status, and submission time so the request can be followed up privately. Do not submit passwords, tokens, payment-card details, customer records, supplier records, source code, or other sensitive data through that form.

The hosting provider and other infrastructure providers may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata and server logs as part of operating, measuring and securing the site.
For direct paid PAL services, checkout and billing are processed by the approved payment provider or merchant of record identified at checkout. Payment details are submitted to that provider rather than to PAL. The provider may process billing, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and related information under its own privacy terms. PAL may receive transaction and subscription status information needed to provide paid access, support billing, and maintain service entitlement.
If analytics, affiliate tracking, advertising, or other third-party services are added in the future, this page will be updated to describe those services and the relevant data practices before they are relied on for monetization.
